About Paromita
Paromita, an Economist from Miranda House, Delhi University, has always been deeply passionate about behavioral economics. After leaving her corporate career, she embarked on a transformative journey to understand young minds through the Teach for India Fellowship, where she worked at the grassroots level with children and their parents for two years.
This experience ignited a profound sense of purpose in her life, leading her to join The Akanksha Foundation as an Assistant School Leader. Over the years, she took on greater responsibilities, eventually leading the organization’s digital learning program for 26 schools across three cities.
Paromita’s commitment to education also brought her to Apple, where she served as an Apple Professional Learning Specialist for over two years, helping educators integrate technology into their teaching practices.
In the last 4–5 years, after becoming a mother, her interest in early childhood education deepened significantly. She is currently pursuing a 2.5–6 Diploma in Montessori Education from IMTC, driven by her vision to empower children and parents.
Paromita believes that every child can become independent by the age of three and can develop a love for learning—whether it’s math, botany, or arithmetic. Join her on this inspiring journey to unlock every child’s potential and foster a lifelong love for discovery and learning.

About Disha Kejriwal
Disha comes from a humble background, where hard work and perseverance have been the driving forces behind her journey. From her early education to college, she remained committed to fulfilling her dreams, overcoming challenges with determination.
Education has always been Disha’s passion, leading her to join The Akanksha Foundation, where she dedicated herself to making learning enjoyable for young children. She strongly believes that true and lasting change begins at the grassroots level, and her time at Akanksha allowed her to contribute meaningfully in shaping young minds.Her urge to be a life long learner earned her the pretiguous Apple teacher certification and soon she started integrating technology meaningfully in her lessons.She also successfully completed her B.Ed to understand the different facet in education system.Her dedication and impact were evident in her work over five years, but she soon aspired to create a broader influence in education.
With a vision to bring change at the training level, Disha transitioned to ClassKlap, where she took on the role of a Teacher Trainer, overseeing the entire Maharashtra zone.Where she was working with more than 30 schools. Her exceptional work and commitment earned her the top rank across all parameters in Maharashtra for two consecutive years, a testament to her dedication and expertise in the field of education.
Now, Disha’s passion has led her back to the grassroots level, where she is currently pursuing a 2.5–6 Diploma in Montessori Education from IMTC, fueled by her passion to empower children and guide parents in their educational journey.She firmly believes that the foundation of a child's education plays a critical role in shaping their future, and she is determined to make a lasting impact in the early childhood education space.
